Copy the following into your Google or Outlook calendar and make sure your Zoom client is up to date and properly configured prior to the start of the conference. In order to be able to join the Zoom meeting, you will have to be logged into a Zoom account, even a free one will work.

If you plan to ask questions during any Q&A sessions at the end of panels and presentations, please ensure your audio is of sufficient quality and that your internet connection is fast enough to limit latency.
